We know how business works.

We see ourselves as a "bridge" between the manufacturer and reseller: we bring products and market requirements together in such as way as to enable successful marketing.

In the course of this we undertake four important tasks that are the "pillar" of our business model.

1. Qualification and quality assurance of products:

We screen running and worldwide new products, test their quality and user-friendliness and select the most promising. Market monitoring, analysis of customer requirements and constant feedback from our biggest customers are optimum ways of completing the product findings. To ensure the right quality, we work together with our own and external test laboratories. Furthermore, we manufacture part of the product in Germany and we constantly monitor the quality in production abroad. And naturally we also negotiate a good price. Because Fukato stands for attractiveness and quality.

2. Distribution to resellers:

We sell our products Europe-wide and exclusively indirectly. Each one of our customers is dealt with personally and directly through our team. And for each of our three brands there is a separate customer typology.

We distribute our Fukato products via chain stores and online dealers who have known names on the market and operate exclusively in the consumer market. Discount stores, CE stores, department stores, mail-order companies, online resellers and hypermarkets are included in these customers. We support our partners with tools for commercialisation and distribution to ensure successful marketing to the end customer.

We sell datacask products via distributors. Here we also work exclusively with large customers to obtain large quantities of sales at low cost.

We distribute medowell products via independent sales representatives in the cosmetics and wellness sector as well as on TV shopping channels.

3. Coordination of quantities and delivery time:

We ensure that our products are available for resellers in the right quantity at the right time. Partnership with an experienced logistics service provider guarantees precision storage and shipping in the shortest time and at the lowest possible price. We deliver as the client wishes.

4. After-Sales Service:

We take care of the necessary service when something doesn't work properly. Close collaboration with the service provider guarantees fast and high-value processing in Germany. We take care of the repairs and return shipment of the goods. We keep our service promise.

We attend to these tasks with smooth and efficient organisation. This saves on costs and provides more value for all concerned!
