Our products are good quality. We do running tests in product selection and especially during production. We therefore include into our portfolio only products that have few service requirements. Thereby we reduce service time, efforts and costs to a minimum.

However, it can happen that one of our products doesn't work immediately or is defective. In this case we take care of the necessary service. We offer a top-quality service programme for our clients and their end-customers.

Included in this are downloads for technical problems, cost-free collection of monitors from end-customers, our RMA Service. fast repair in Germany and of course our highly-qualified Hotline. 

And so that this service is carried out quickly and professionally, we work in partnership with a service provider in Germany. These assume the coordination and control of our guarantee and cost-liable repairs as well as the return of goods and defective parts to the manufacturer.
